Position Overview: We are seeking 1000 highly motivated and results-driven Marketers across all the states in Nigeria to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding businesses and individuals to our platform, ensuring they take full advantage of our innovative digital sales tools and services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to excel in a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with individual and businesses within your assigned local government area to introduce our e-commerce cloud technology platform and Mobile point of sale (POS)
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing the benefits and features of our platform to potential clients.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and utilizing social media and other channels.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly onboarding targets, maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our platform's features, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our solution in the market.
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with clients and build rapport quickly.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of the local business landscape and an existing network of small businesses is a plus.
• Willingness to work on a commission-based salary structure with unlimited earning potential.
